
What Happens in A Session
Each session is shaped by what you need in the moment. This work is holistic — because trauma isn't just stored in your thoughts or your emotions. It lives in your body, your relationships, your sense of self, and your place in the world.
We work across all the layers where trauma takes root:

In your body
We practice gentle nervous system regulation — learning to recognize when you're in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn, and how to guide yourself back to safety. Through breathwork, grounding, and somatic awareness, you learn to trust your body again instead of feeling trapped inside it.
In your mind
We explore the beliefs you absorbed about yourself — the inner critic that sounds like the voices that once hurt you, the stories that keep you small. Through psychoeducation and gentle reframing, you begin to understand how your patterns formed — and how they can shift.

In your emotions
We create space for the feelings that have been pushed down for years — the grief, the rage, the shame, the longing. Not to drown in them, but to let them move through you. To finally complete the emotional cycles your body never had permission to finish.
In your relationships
This is where co-regulation happens. The presence of another person who sees you, accepts you, and doesn't need you to be different. For many, this is the reparative experience that was missing in childhood — the one that makes all other healing possible.
In your spirit
We reconnect you to meaning, to self-compassion, to something larger than the pain. Whether that's through exploring your soul's journey, cultivating inner gentleness, or finding purpose in your experience — we make space for what matters most to you.
In your sense of self
We grieve what was lost — the childhood you didn't get, the safety you deserved, the parts of yourself you had to hide. And slowly, we reclaim your right to exist as you are. To take up space. To choose your own path forward.

This work unfolds at your own pace. There's no rushing, no forcing. Just gentle, consistent presence — until you remember how to come home to yourself.
Sessions are 60-90 minutes and offered online via Google Meet.
