Hi, fellow traveler

As the dust settles and the world around you quiets, I'm glad you've found your way here.

You know what it's like to live in a body that feels unsafe.

To carry wounds no one else can see.

To try everything and still feel like you're just surviving.

What you're carrying — the hypervigilance, the shame, the sense that you're both too much and never enough — isn't a flaw. It's how your nervous system learned to survive.

Miya Zhang

Hi, I'm Miya

I came to this work through my own lived experience with Complex PTSD — decades of navigating its invisible weight.

What I came to understand is that healing isn't about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It's about learning to be present with yourself exactly as you are.

It's about having someone who truly understands walk beside you — not to fix you, but as a fellow traveler who knows this terrain intimately, who shows up with compassion, consistency, and the right support that's been missing from your life — so that slowly, gently, you find your way back home to yourself.

This is the space I now hold for others.

Here, you'll find

- Gentle psychoeducation that makes complex trauma understandable

- A holistic approach that honors all the layers where trauma lives

- Practical nervous system tools that actually work in real life

- A compassionate presence that holds space for all of you — the struggling parts and the resilient parts alike

You may have started this journey on your own.

But you don’t have to walk it alone anymore.

Welcome home, beloved.

Whether you want to learn more about my journey or explore working together — I'm here.
